Harrisburg, Pa. — D&H Distributing has revealed Black Friday and Cyber Monday pricing from its dealers for 2013, which will include rebates ranging from $3.00 all the way up to $300 per item, depending upon the individual item’s original price tag, among other specials.

Promotions apply in product categories such as Windows 8 tablets; touchscreen laptops; Bluetooth speakers; iPhone iPod and iPad cases and accessories; headphones; flash drives; monitors; motherboards; gaming equipment; TV mounts; PC chassis; webcams; wireless and USB-based peripherals; soundbars and LED 3DTV displays; plus home and outdoor items, such as charcoal grills and power tools.

At press time, D&H is offering more than 400 specials from its vendors and expects to have hundreds of additional offers available before Black Friday arrives.

Participating manufacturers thus far include Acer, Aluratek, APC, Asus, Brinkmann, Case Logic, Gear Head, Genius, Griffin, JVC, LG Electronics, Livescribe, Microsoft, OmniMount, Panasonic, QFX, SanDisk, Samsung, Sennheiser, Speck, Toshiba and more, with additional vendors submitting specials on a daily basis.

D&H dealers, retailers and e-tailers can contact their representatives at (800) 340-1007 for details on individual offers.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are typically the most prolific retail shopping days of the year, especially in a key gift-giving category like electronics.  Sales for this weekend can comprise 20 percent to 30 percent of a reseller’s annual business, according to the National Retail Federation (NRF).  This organization also projects that 2013 holiday sales will rise 3.9 percent to $602.1 billion dollars compared with last year, which exceeds the aggregated increase of 3.3 percent the market has averaged over the past 10 years.

By directing dealers, retailers and e-tailers to rebates and discounts, D&H will help raise margins for its customers, and/or allow them to pass along more competitive deals to consumers, maximizing profit potentials at this crucial market juncture, the distributor said.

In addition to the Black Friday promotions, D&H is offering a “Holiday Hustle” program through Dec. 31.  For every $5,000 of products purchased from participating vendors in this timeframe, dealers are entered to win one of 16 American Express gift cards ranging in value from $100 to $500.

“Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions have gotten more aggressive every year, this year included,” said Jeff Davis, sales senior VP at D&H. “It is a turning point for many retailers and dealers, putting them in the black. The more we and our vendors can help the retailer accommodate robust bundles and promotions, the more those retailers stand to profit during this once-a-year window.”
