D&H Offers Special Year-End Deals

Harrisburg, Pa. — D&H Distributing is offering several new online tools and programs for the end of 2012 to provide special deals for its retailers.

These include an offer to accumulate Double Incentives points in D&H’s rewards program throughout November; new weekly vendor rebates and discounts running through mid-December to increase purchasing power in Q4; a new “Deal Spot” page featuring limited-time-only, special pricing on closeout and refurbished merchandise; plus an enhanced Shopping Cart feature on the website.

Here are the details:

Double IncentivesRewards Points are being offered throughout the month of November. Customers can earn twice the regular amount of points on qualifying merchandise from any of the plan’s 80-plus current participating vendors, to be redeemed for prizes in the D&H Mall. Vendors include Acer, Creative, Epson, Logitech, HP, Plantronics, Samsung and others.  November orders will accumulate two points for every $10 spent.

Weekly Vendor Specials is a set of three promotions lasting two weeks at a time. Customers will receive exclusive discounts and rebates on merchandise ordered during the specified period from a total of 10 select manufacturers, with different vendors featured each period.  Participating vendors include Acer, APC, Asus, Brother, Cisco, CyberPower, HP, Netgear, Panasonic and Samsung. Products include notebooks, LCD TVs, Blu-ray players, networking products and more. D&H developed these promotions to help boost customers’ buying power during Q4.  

The Deal Spot page on offers links to discounted merchandise that has been discontinued, overstocked or refurbished.  Deals will feature notebooks, tablets, monitors, desktops, IP webcams and more.  Supplies will be limited and items will change frequently. Deal Spot merchandise will be marked by special icons visible via a search. 

The enhanced Shopping Cart offers a personalized welcome, a dynamic “flyout” cart window with new animated feedback, a link to the customer’s Watchlist, and an improved quick-order functionality.  The Shopping Cart button is fixed at the top of the page, allowing shoppers to review the contents of their carts with a click of a mouse while viewing any page on
