Corona, Calif. — TCL has reached an agreement to have D&H Distributing begin carrying its LED LCD TV lines May 1.
The North American home-theater products distributor will carry TCL’s full LED HDTV line, with models ranging in size from 23 inches to 55 inches, the companies said.
“As consumer demand continues to rise for TCL’s products, we needed a distribution partner like D&H that possesses a wide base of resellers and key home theater retailer relationships to help further cement our footprint in the U.S.,” Chris Larson, TCL North America VP, said in a statement. “D&H provides a simple solution for retailers that aligns with our ongoing commitment to provide leading technology with best-in-class design at a tremendous value.”
As part of the agreement, D&H will also distribute TCL’s Roku TV line, which made its debut at International CES.
TCL Roku TVs provide a simple user interface to find and select from more than 1,200 over-the-top streaming apps, movies, TV shows, music, sports and games, without the need of a separate set-top box or dongle.
“D&H is proud to add TCL to our list of award-winning manufacturers. Our first priority has always been to provide resellers with a diverse, cross-category product selection and innovative programs and resources to help grow their businesses. TCL is a great fit in that regard, expanding upon the quality and value of our line card in this category,” said Rob Eby, purchasing VP, D&H Distributing.
