Nuremburg, Germany – Delphi, maker of OEM and aftermarket car A/V and electronics products, announced it acquired Grundig Car InterMedia Systems GmbH for the equivalent of approximately $67 million.
Grundig Car InterMedia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grundig AG and is a full line producer of car audio, navigation and mobile video products, mostly for the European market.
Delphi said the acquisition will strengthen its European sales.
