Vista,
Calif. – DEI Holdings announced it has
appointed Julien Joly to the DEI Holdings senior officers group.
DEI Holdings is
the parent company of Directed Electronics, Directed Electronics Canada, Polk
Audio, Definitive Technology and Viper, among other CE brands.
Jim Minarik, DEI
Holdings CEO, said in a release, “The purpose of the DEI Holdings senior
officers group is to assist Kevin Duffy and me — in our roles as CFO and CEO of
DEI Holdings, respectively — in realizing synergies and ensuring our strategic
direction is aligned among our four key business units. This appointment is in recognition of the
significant contributions Julien has made during his leadership of our Canadian
operations, as well as the strategic importance of the Directed Canada business
unit to the future growth of our company.”
Minarik added, “As
a member of our senior officers group, we expect Julien to add his unique voice
and perspective as we guide our company toward greater success.”
Joly has been
president of Directed Electronics Canada since February. He was previously VP
and GM of Directed Canada, and prior to that was operations VP of Directed
Canada.
