Datavision Planning 5th Annual Charity Event

Deal, N.J. – Manhattan CE
and IT specialty dealer Datavision will hold its Fifth Annual Rainbow
Tournament fundraiser here on July 3.

The proceeds will benefit
the Stella Liniado Rainbow Foundation, which supports childhood cancer research
and bone marrow testing in local communities. The Foundation is named after the
daughter of Datavision president Albert Liniado, who succumbed to the disease.

To date the effort has
funded testing of 8,600 individuals, which led to life-saving bone marrow donations
by 16.

This year, the
basketball, tennis and soccer invitational is expected to draw 650 young
contestants, and will also feature a bone marrow donor drive and a Chinese auction
and raffles for such prizes as an Apple iPad 2 bundle, an Apple MacBook Air, an
iPod Touch bundle with Monster Solo HD headhphones and a Samsung 46-inch 3D
LED-TV bundle.

The Foundation is
accepting additional items for auction and gift bags, which should be shipped to Datavision Computers

The event will be held
Sunday, July 3 at 10:00 a.m. at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Monmouth
County at 100 Grant Ave. in Deal, N.J. Breakfast, lunch and a barbecue dinner
will be served.
