Circuit City director Barbara Feigin has resigned after 14 years on the board.
Her resignation was not related to any disagreement over the company’s operations, policies or practices, the retailer said in an Oct. 28 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Feigin, a strategic marketing and branding consultant, was an executive VP and worldwide director of strategic services for Grey Global Group (formerly Grey Advertising) until her retirement in 1999. Her three-year term was to expire in 2010.
