Chief Adds To Mounting Shelf Line

Minneapolis
– Chief Manufacturing today added three new SKUs to its line of modular shelves
designed to integrate with the company’s A/V mounts.

New offerings include a large shelf accessory for swing-arm mounts
(model PACCS1) and two video-conferencing camera shelves (PAC716 and FVS251).

The PACCS1 holds A/V components below a TV display that is
installed using a Chief swing-arm or ceiling mount, allowing the components to
move with the display. Chief said the shelf offers a solution for video
conferencing, hospitality, education and medical applications that incorporate
DVD players, cable boxes and other hardware components.

The shelf allows vertical and extension adjustments to fit most
component and flat-panel combinations and is compatible with any Chief medium
or large swing-arm and ceiling mount that use the 14-inch by 14-inch Q-Latch
mounting system. It includes slots to strap components to the shelf for safety
using Chief’s existing PAC103 strap accessory. It can also be used with Chief’s
PACLR1 speaker accessory to integrate side speakers.

The PAC716 is a 14-inch video-conferencing camera shelf that can
be installed above or below the display. Chief called the shelf a good solution
for boardrooms and other video-conferencing applications. It is compatible with
all Chief carts, stands, swing-arm mounts and ceiling mounts that use the 14-
by 14-inch Q-Latch system.

The FVS251 is also a 14-inch video-conferencing camera shelf that
is specifically designed for Chief’s Fusion line of fixed or tilt wall mounts.
The shelf can be installed above or below the display without adding any depth
to the installation, and it allows horizontal and vertical adjustments.
