Cellular Connections Wraps Up Rally

Indianapolis –

The Cellular Connection

,  which operates more than 800 cellular outlets
across 28 states, wrapped up its third annual managers’ sales rally here at
Lucas Oil Stadium, where more than 850 employees turned up to check out
products and listen to industry executives’ views on the market.

As the largest Verizon Premium Wireless
Retailer in the U.S., The Cellular Connection specializes in selling Verizon-network
cellular devices.

The rally was designed to “give our team a
chance to take pride in their accomplishments” and generate “excitement about
what the future holds for our company,” said president/CEO Scott Moorehead.  During the event, Moorehead outlined the
company’s vision, culture, and goals.

 Executives from Verizon Wireless, DISH
Network, Brightstar and NQ Mobile also spoke to employees, who viewed the latest
products from more than 20 companies, including Samsung, Blackberry, Motorola,
LG and Offwire.

Moorehead took over as CEO in 2008, when
the company had 190 stores and 774 employees. Today, the company has more than 800
locations and 1,250 employees.  Over the
past few years, revenues have grown 239 percent, the company said.
