CEA Promotes Cole, Deutsch, Dalton

Arlington, Va. – The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), as part of its expansion efforts for International CES, has promoted three executives to new positions.

Dan Cole has been named CES sales and business development VP. Cole rejoined CEA in 2001 as interim sales VP after a three-year hiatus. He will continue to oversee revenue generation for CES, among other related duties.

Donna Deutsch, director of CES sales operations, has been promoted to CES show director. In her new role Deutsch will oversee relationships with CES partners and lead the show team in budgeting and developing new cost-savings measures.

Jayne Dalton, promotion opportunities staff director, is now CES exhibitor services staff director. Dalton takes over for Deutsch in sales operations and services.

Cole and Deutsch report to Karen Chupka, events & conferences VP, while Dalton reports to Cole.
