Eagan, Minn. — Capitol will be offering Toshiba’s new flagship L9300 84-inch 4K Cloud Edge LED TV for residential and commercial applications alike.
The Toshiba L9300 sets are said to feature the proprietary Cevo 4K Quad + Dual Core Processor, which creates the best quality restoration of resolution, color and fine texture details and advanced 4K Resolution+ technology that can up-convert programming to near-4K Ultra High Definition, Capitol said.
“Demand for super-large TVs is at its highest point ever right now, and is only expected to grow in the coming years, so the timing of Toshiba’s flagship 84-inch L9300 couldn’t be better,” said Capitol president and chief financial officer Curt Hayes. “Its generous screen size, combined with superior image processing and advanced Cloud TV features, make it a clear winner in what is beginning to be a crowded 4K market.”
Thanks to its ClearScan 240Hz refresh rate, Dynalight Dynamic Backlight, TriVector 2D-to-3D conversion, and CQ Engine V2 video processing, the L9300’s image-processing capabilities extend far beyond upcoming 4K sources, the distributor said. The set has four HDMI inputs, two USB video ports, RS-232C port, SD card slot and a PC input — as well as a free wireless keyboard with integrated touchpad.
Capitol will be demonstrating the capabilities of the 84-inch Toshiba L9300, along with other recently announced models, at InfoComm 2013, from June 12-14 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
