Capitol To Sell Fusion’s Studio Movie Server

Danville, Calif. — Fusion Research has selected Capitol Sales as its exclusive national distributor for its Studio Movie server.

“When we first decided to design a new lower priced movie server, we wanted right the partner to be able to get it out in the marketplace in a big way, and Capitol Sales was our choice from the very beginning,” said Fusion’s president Joseph Storm. “The fit was perfect from our perspective, because of Capitol Sales’ reputation for knowledgeable sales people and emphasis on training.”

Curt Hayes, president/chief financial officer of Capitol Sales, said, “Fusion’s new Studio Movie server is an important new product for several good reasons, not the least of which is how it gives our installers the perfect tool for building business through a desirable and cost-effective add-on sale. The benefit of exchanging the clutter of DVD boxes with a sleek, easy-to-use server that can distribute programming throughout the home is something that consumers understand and appreciate.”

Fusion’s new Studio Movie server has a suggested retail of $3,495 and stores 250 DVDs. Adding storage, as well as the ability to add additional zones to expand the system, are key features, and the unit has the same interface and video quality of Fusion’s flagship Cinema server and Genesis product lines, Capitol said.
