Brightpoint Signs Repair Pact With GoWireless

Indianapolis – Brightpoint’s subsidiary Touchstone Wireless
Repair and Logistics has signed a wireless device repair services agreement
with GoWireless.

 Under the terms of
the agreement, Brightpoint will provide a full range of repair services to
GoWireless to support their more than 300 retail stores, including receiving,
triage, refurbishment and Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 mechanical repair.

industry-leading repair capabilities to GoWireless,” stated J. Mark Howell,
Brightpoint’s president, Americas. “As a Verizon Wireless premium retailer, and
member of the BuyCell wireless group, we are excited to expand beyond our
existing distribution relationship with GoWireless and support them with our
world-class repair services capabilities as well.”

John Salisbury, GoWireless’ COO, said in a statement, “As a
leading retailer of must-have wireless products, GoWireless wants to provide
our customers with high-quality repairs and reduce our total cost of ownership
in the event a device is returned.  We are delighted to further our
relationship with Brightpoint in supporting our post-sales support and
insurance programs.”
