West Chester, Pa. — Azione Unlimited (AU), the buying group for integrators and custom retailers, will begin offering monthly educational webinars for all dealer principals and their employees next month.
Topics will focus on enhancing profitability and execution excellence, AU said.
The first webinar will be conducted by founding AU member David Daniels and CEO of Electronic System Consultants (ESC), who will discuss “Ten Metrics You Need to Run Your Business Profitably.”
Daniels presented a session titled “How to Develop Your Company” at Azione’s national conference in July, and will address the membership again at the group’s fall conference Nov. 5-6 in Houston.
“The core value of Azione Unlimited is the sharing of ideas,” said Richard Glikes, president and chief creative officer. “If we can make our members better business people, this is conceivably more valuable than any vendor programs we can pass along.”
Glikes added that the webinar series “is designed to fill the gap between our conferences and fulfill our goal of educating one another.”
Daniels, who also has entrepreneurial interests in cardiovascular drug and supplement development and real estate, has owned CE businesses since 1980, AU said. His company, ESC, has completed integrated control systems in more than 30 states and nine countries.
