Azione Adds Two Vendor Members

West Chester, Pa. – Cinema Design Group International (CDGi) and
Séura have joined the new Azione Unlimited buying group as vendor members.

Boca Raton, Fla.-based CDGi designs, manufactures and installs
custom luxury home-theater environments, which it markets to A/V retailers and
custom home integrators. “We are excited to be members of the new group and
want to assist in the growth of its leading-edge dealers,” CDGi founder Carey
Schafer commented.

Green Bay, Wis.-based Séura is a manufacturer of luxury
technology solutions including TV mirrors, waterproof and outdoor TVs, and lighted
mirrors. “We are delighted to be part of Azione Unlimited,” said co-founder and
partner Tim Gilbertson. “Séura highly values relationships with industry
partners — participating in this group will help grow our business and our
partners’ businesses.”

CDGi and Séura follow last week’s addition of power-management supplier

SurgeX

to a growing roster of more than 25 vendor members that also includes Sonance,
Liberty, Stewart, Integra, Digital Projection and Epson. The lineup, said
Azione president and chief creative officer Richard Glikes, “underscores our
dedication to the installation channel through integrators and custom retailers
… one can see our focus is on specialty brands with channel discipline.”

 The new additions follow
yesterday’s

announcement

that DSI Entertainment Systems and Encore Audio Video have joined the Azione
board as founding dealer members, keeping the group on track to meet its
year-end goal of 150 dealer members. “With our dues of $750 per quarter our
dealer member acquisition has been very strong,” Glikes noted. “We are adding
members on a daily basis and expect to achieve our goal of having 150 dealer
members by year end with alacrity.”
