Van Nuys, Calif. — AVAD, the custom home electronics distributor, has signed a distribution agreement with B&K Components to offer the manufacturer’s multi-room and high-end audio components and home-theater components.
The partnership will enhance the distribution of B&K’s products within the custom installation market and further broaden AVAD’s product assortment and commitment to carrying the best brands so that its dealers can provide the best systems, the distributor said in a prepared statement.
B&K will now have access to AVAD’s network of more than 10,000 dealers. AVAD will also provide B&K dealers with training at AVAD’s 38 North American branches, after-sale customer support, as well as next-day delivery for more responsive customer service, the distributor said.
B&K also offers a complete line of high-end audio, home-theater and video components including stereo amplifiers, video switchers and custom accessories, such as keypads and remote controls, for dealers and custom installers.
