Carlstadt, N.J. — ArchBrook Laguna, distributor of consumer electronics and computer products recently signed a definitive merger agreement with I. Lehrhoff & Company will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of ArchBrook Laguna, under the leadership of the I. Lehrhoff executive team.

“Our merger with I. Lehrhoff is a natural evolution of our strategic alliance that now spans over five years,” said Peter Handy, executive VP, ArchBrook Laguna. “The breadth and depth of our product line, coupled with the I. Leading up to the deal, the 90-year-old I. Lehrhoff & Company was a family-owned business. As an ArchBrook Laguna subsidiary, the company will be renamed Lehrhoff ABL. According to a release, “The firm will remain in New Jersey and leverage the national scope of the ArchBrook Laguna fulfillment and distribution systems. The subsidiary will continue under the leadership of CEO Arthur Lehrhoff and president Daniel Lehrhoff.”
