Leading up to the deal, the 90-year-old I. Lehrhoff & Company was a family-owned business. As an ArchBrook Laguna subsidiary, the company will be renamed Lehrhoff ABL. According to a release, “The firm will remain in New Jersey and leverage the national scope of the ArchBrook Laguna fulfillment and distribution systems. The subsidiary will continue under the leadership of CEO Arthur Lehrhoff and president Daniel Lehrhoff.”
