Ontario, Calif. – Apex Digital announced that it is opening a new television service center that doubles the company’s capacity to service its products.
The center, located here near Apex Digital’s headquarters, has a separate building. Maurice Knight, consumer service director, television products, said in a prepared statement, ‘Just as it has been important for us to support of growth in the DVD market with comprehensive customer support’ its television product line.
While Apex Digital previously outsourced its customer service operation to A&D Service the ‘phenomenal success’ of its TV sales Knight said, ‘we’re confident we can provide the Apex Digital-trademark support and so also learn directly from our customers how we can improve our products and services.’
