Torrance, Calif. — Alpine confirmed its car A/V products will be available at Best Buy starting Jan. 1, 2005, and that it is no longer selling to Circuit City.
Alpine said the parting with Circuit City after ten years was due to “strategic differences in the direction of mobile electronics” and said the decision to leave was “amicable” and “mutual,” according to Alpine’s VP, marketing, Steve Witt.
