Alienware Gaming Laptops Released


Round Rock, Texas - Dell's Alienware line released three laptops this week.

The flagship M18x features an 18.4-inch LED 1,080p display. It is available with the factory overclocked 4GHz Intel Huron River Core i7 Extreme Quad Core processor that comes factory. Options for AMD or NVIDIA GPU graphics are available with GDDR5 memory on all. It can take up to 32GB of 1,333 MHz memory, had HDMI/Display Port output and HDMI input. There are Wireless HD and 3D output options.

The M14x, starting price $1,199, has a 720p 14-inch LED display, second-generation Intel Core i5 processors with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0, NVIDIA Optimus technology and up to 8GB of 1,600 MHz memory. There is HDMI 1.4 support for HDTV and 7.1 digital audio. On board speakers are supplied by Klipsch.

The M11x,  has a 720p screen, the same processor options as the M14x and NVIDIA GeForce 540M graphics, but otherwise mirrors the M14x' specifications.
