Dealers now have access to a team of ADI professionals to help them offer complete, integrated solutions, the distributor said.
ADI's Systems Sales and Support team is proficient in all technology areas, including A/V, IP, CCTV and Access Control. A dedicated IP Networking team is available to help build networked surveillance systems and assist with project registration, ADI said.
Trained A/V specialists can review home-theater requirements, recommend components for a professional rack configuration, determine audio needs based on room acoustics and offer guidance for audio and video distribution, to help both residential and commercial dealers offer total solutions, the company said.
ADI's Systems Sales and Support team has been servicing customers in the U.S. for more than 20 years, fielding more than 1,500 calls per day.
