San Jose, Calif. – Acer America
introduced its latest generation of Aspire One netbooks just before
International CES.
The AO532h uses an Intel Atom N450
processor with an integrated Intel NM10 Express chipset, a 10.1-inch LCD, a
six-cell lithium-ion battery delivering 10 hours of battery life and a
multi-gesture touchpad.
Other features include 1GB of memory,
160GB hard drive, a built in Web cam, 802.11n-draft-certified Wi-Fi and three
USB ports. The unit weighs about 2.5 pounds and is 1 inch thick.
It is available in Onyx Blue, Garnet
Red and Silver Matrix and is available now with a $299 suggested retail.
