San Jose, Calif. – Acer America’s Iconia Tab tablet line is
being updated to Android 4.0 from Honeycomb.
The company said the update is being pushed over the air to
Acer Iconia Tab A200 owners. The software will be distributed during the
upcoming week. The company’s 7-inch A100 and 10-inch A500 will receive the new
operating system in April.
The 10-inch A200 went on sale in mid-January for $330 for
the 8GB version, with the 16GB model priced at $350.
