Walgreens and Rite Aid have agreed to sell 865 of the latter’s stores to Fred’s Pharmacy for $950 million in cash to mollify the FTC, which has arched a figurative eyebrow over the pharmacy giants’ planned merger. Rite Aid ranks 100th on TWICE’s annual Top 100 CE Retailers list.
