The president-elect has reportedly summoned some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley to New York next week for a roundtable discussion that could help shape the new administration’s tech policy.
“During the long presidential campaign, the most resolutely anti-Trump part of the country was the narrow strip of land south of this city. Silicon Valley shunned the Republican candidate and all he stood for. It mobilized its technology for his defeat and warned of dire consequences if he should somehow win.”
