Sharp is turning up the legal heat in its attempt to regain control of its brand and TV business from Hisense, which licensed both for five years. Its latest maneuver: Challenging a “gag order” that prevents Sharp from discussing the case publicly, and suing Hisense for patent infringement over its Wi-Fi technologies.
