Apple has increased its orders for iPhone 7 parts and components 20 to 30 percent above expectations for the fourth quarter, touch-panel suppliers said, suggesting greater-than-anticipated demand for the smartphone’s latest iteration. Still, second-half shipments of iPhone 7 will likely trail those of iPhone 6s during the comparable period last year.
