Panasonic’s HomeHawk security system nabbed a TWICE Picks Award at CES in January for its color night vision technology and long battery life. (Our editors were particularly appreciative of its ability to designate zones to cut down on unnecessary alerts.)
We checked in with Panasonic to see how the device fared in tech retail this year, and a spokesperson told us that it’s been extremely well-received by consumers, noting that “specific claims are that setup is a breeze and the system is easy to use.”
Panasonic has since made improvements to the HomeHawk software as a result of user feedback, and it said it’s also enhanced the installation process. The company also hinted that other updates are on the horizon.
