The TOLA EXPO (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas) was hosted by Samsung and created by three manufacturers’ rep firms: Lucas Sales Group/LM Electronics, a Catalyst AV member; Bell & McCoy Integrated Solutions; and Elite 3 Pro. It was held in late June at the Dallas Market Center.

“The first annual TOLA EXPO went even better than we could have hoped for,” says Cliff Clarke, Lucas Sales Group managing director. “It was great getting to see everyone in person again for the first time in over a year, as well as getting to meet new vendors and dealers in person. Every dealer that I talked to was thrilled that they could have in-depth conversations and discover new products.

“The vendors I spoke with were all very pleased with the turnout and the meaningful interactions with dealers. We are already planning on next year and hope to build on the success of this year.”

Hosted by Samsung and showcased in its Central U.S. Experience Center on the 10th floor of the Dallas Market Center, over 30 manufacturers exhibited the latest in audio/video, lighting, and a host of other technology solutions for residential and commercial integrators.

The Samsung Experience Center is a “mini-home” including a bedroom, kitchen, bar and patio vignettes for dealers to experience the latest Samsung products. On permanent display is Samsung’s “The Wall Lux,” its state-of-the-art 146-inch DirectView LED System, plus the full suite of 2021 top-of-the-line residential TVs. Also on hand was a complete Lighting Pavilion, which provided a hands-on opportunity for dealers to check out the latest lighting fixtures, controls, and shading from some of the top vendors in the industry.
