Delray Beach, Fla. — Twin-Star International, the home-furnishings supplier that acquired Bell’O International last year, has realigned its senior management after CEO Rob Cohen stepped down.
Marc Sculler, previously Bell’O senior VP, has been promoted to co-president of Twin-Star, along with Pete Harper, who was previously Twin-Star’s VP and chief financial officer. Sculler will oversee sales, marketing and new product development for Twin-Star, while Harper will retain his chief financial officer role and assume responsibility for worldwide operations, HR, IT and customer service.
Sculler commented, “Twin-Star is a remarkable company built by a tremendous team. I am extremely excited about the opportunities ahead of us and continuing this pursuit of excellence.”
Andy Bandremer, previously senior VP, was promoted to executive VP and will be working with Sculler. Bandremer will be responsible for new business development and will continue to help drive Twin-Star’s product development, the company said.
Troy Templeton, chairman of the board, commented, “We thank Rob for his time at Twin-Star. We are fortunate to have a deep and talented leadership team and expect the business to continue its growth and market leadership.”
