Alec Chanin elevated to KEF Audio Group Deputy President

KEF America has announced the promotion of Stephanie Scola to executive vice president, and she will lead all functions across the organization in alignment with the company’s growth objectives and global strategies. Additionally, the company has elevated Alec Chanin to deputy president of KEF Audio Group.

Scola’s journey with KEF began in 2006 when she joined KEF as a marketing coordinator. Over nearly two decades, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, most recently serving as vice president of marketing. Scola’s leadership has played a key role in evolving KEF’s digital marketing initiatives and enhancing brand visibility throughout North America. Known for her hands-on approach and dedication to innovation, she consistently seeks creative and effective ways to connect KEF’s premium audio products with both loyal enthusiasts and new audiences, ensuring the continued growth and relevance of the brand.

Alec Chanin began his career in the hi-fi industry 48 years ago. Within that time, Chanin served as general manager of the Sound Shop retail chain and president of Harvey Electronics, as well as president of Adcom, until forming KEF America in 1997. Leveraging his deep industry and business acumen, Chanin assumes his new role supporting group strategic initiatives on a global scale. Throughout his 27-year tenure as president of KEF America, Chanin’s expertise has proven invaluable through major accomplishments, including driving KEF’s market expansion in North and South America while spearheading transformative sales and marketing strategies.
