Ashbaugh joins Focal Naim America as USA regional sales director, bringing more than 30 years of experience driving growth within the global consumer electronics industry. A dynamic sales executive, Ashbaugh is known for his expertise in sales leadership, channel strategy, and business development, as well as his ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
