Premium appliance manufacturer Miele has announced the appointment of Catherine Grayson-Roper as Vice President of Marketing for the US and Mexico, effective September 16, 2024. In her new role, Grayson-Roper will be responsible for all marketing communications which support and aid in driving the brand and product portfolio, and will join the Miele US and Mexico Leadership Team, reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer of Miele USA and Mexico Søren Rye.
Grayson-Roper joins Miele from MillerKnoll, a company focused on leading luxury home furnishings. At MillerKnoll, she was responsible for developing and implementing global retail marketing capabilities for brands such as Herman Miller, Knoll, and Design within Reach. Prior to MillerKnoll, Mrs. Grayson-Roper led marketing for major brands such as Delta Faucet, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Johnson & Johnson.
