Alpharetta, Ga. — Karl Bearnarth, former senior marketing VP for the JVC consumer A/V group, has been named marketing and home audio VP for P&F USA.
He will oversee the marketing of all Philips-branded headphones, audio systems, Bluetooth speakers, accessories, power products and several other categories. P&F runs the sales and marketing of Philips Consumer Electronics in North America.
Bearnarth was a 19-year veteran of JVC when he left in April. He started there in April 1995 after having served a year at Onkyo USA and a year at appliance/electronics chain Silo as an audio buyer, according to his LinkedIn biography.
