Charities For Japan Disaster Relief

For our readers who are interested in helping Japan’s earthquake and tsunami victims via charitable contributions, here are some suggestions from TWICE.

Yesterday, CEA SmartBrief provided a great link from Interaction.org to 28 well-known charities for disaster relief. Click here for that list.

We’d like to add two other organizations that are collecting contributions. The first is the Japan Society, based here in New York. Click here for the page on its website concerning the Japan earthquake and tsunami.

A personal favorite of mine since September 11 is the New York Daily News Charities. Click here to go to directly to the page for contributions to the Japan page on the site.

If you have any other suggestions for contributions, let us know via the Comments section at the end of this blog.
