Oxnard, Calif. — Nyne continues to expand its base of national distributors with the addition of Apple-accessories distributor NuCourse.
Early this year, Nyne hired SED International as its first national distributor to sell Nyne’s entire product line of high-end portable Bluetooth speakers and docking speakers. Last week, Nyne announced the hiring of D&H Distributing.
Nyne also sells through independent sales reps and regional distributors.
Each national distributor focuses on specific market segments and retailers, a Nyne spokesperson said. NuCourse focuses on authorized Apple resellers and wireless stores as well as other niche markets such as gaming, the spokesperson said.
For its part, D&H focuses on college bookstores and small-size retailers, while SED focuses on “select accounts,” the spokesperson said.
“We decided to partner with NuCourse because of their understanding of the Apple enthusiast and their depth of retail relationships,” said Nyne president Arman Arami. He added, “We are especially excited to enter the gaming market with NuCourse as we continue to expand our ‘lifestyle-inspired’ product offerings in the market later this year.”
To launch the Nyne-NuCourse partnership, NuCourse will exhibit Nyne products during the GameStop Expo in Las Vegas, Aug. 28
SED is a multinational distributor of computer technology, consumer electronics, small appliances, housewares and personal care products.
D&H distributes consumer electronics, home networking and automation, small office/home office, video surveillance, digital imaging and video gaming products, among other products.
