In the event a vehicle is stolen or missing you would need to notify your local law enforcement officials to obtain a police report, then inform the recovery team by calling the recovery center hotline available 24/7/365 where they will work with law enforcement officials to track and locate the vehicle.
During the activation process users will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive one year of Location Based Services (LBS) free of charge, with the option to add each additional year of service for $49.99/year. Opting into this service will provide the user with Automatic Notifications where you have the option to set alerts whenever you park the vehicle to monitor its movements. If movement occurs during this period the device will automatically send you a notification, indicating the car has moved locations. This service also provides users with geo-fencing capabilities to track where the vehicle has traveled, access to trip reports and towing alerts.
