With 60 years of tradition, the Red Dot Award is a globally respected competition in which international experts assess products for high quality and innovative power. The product design award serves as a seal of distinction in design. In the largest product competition and out of nearly 5,000 entries from 56 countries, the Phiaton Chord MS 530 headphones were selected by Red Dot’s experts as one of the winning entries for product design.
The elegant Chord headphones feature brushed metal, black leatherette and ultra-plush, oval earpads that, paired with up to 30 hours of battery life, allow for hours of comfortable listening.

On June 29, Phiaton and fellow award winners will be honored during the prestigious Red Dot Gala in the Essen Design Museum’s Alto-Theater, and the Chord MS 530 headphones will be subsequently presented for four weeks in the special exhibition “Design Space” before entering the museum’s permanent exhibition.
