Montreal — 3D tech developer Sensio Technologies said Monday that it has signed a 3D video-on-demand (VOD) licensing agreement with Paramount Pictures to make select 3D movies available for on-demand rental on its 3DGo service.
Select 3D Paramount movies will be available across the U.S. starting in April on Sensio-enabled devices.
Los Angeles — DDD Group, developer of 3D technologies, said Wednesday that its Yabazam dedicated 3D video-on-demand (VOD) subscription movie service has been added to Samsung 3D smart TVs in the United States.
The DDD Group’s Yabazam 3D VOD app and service begins appearing in Samsung 3D smart TVs this week, the company said.
The Yabazam service costs $9.99 per month and allows unlimited viewing of the original 3D programming available from Yabazam.

New York – Global 3D content provider 3doo said Tuesday that LG Electronics will be pre-installing an app to its platform in its newest line of LG Cinema 3D televisions starting in Germany and rolling out to the rest of the world in December.
LG will also pre-install the 3doo platform on the Premium App section of its Cinema 3DTVs.
