Overland Park, Kan. – Sprint hopes to stimulate holiday sales of tablets, including the iPad Mini and fourth-generation iPad, with the launch of new no-contract plans designed specifically for 4G LTE tablets.

Beginning Nov. 11, the carrier will launch two new limited-time “special offer” rates for consumers who have a Sprint smartphone with a qualifying smartphone data plan. The special-offer plans charge $10/month for 100MB and $15/month for 1GB. The latter is priced lower than the company’s current 1GB plan, which costs $19.99.
