MONTREAL — Sonomax and Altec Lansing announced they were partnering to outfit Altec’s headphones with Sonomax’s SonoFit technology.
SonoFit is a patented disposable custom fitting system for in-ear headphones.
“Altec Lansing is licensing the Sonofit technology to bring custom-fit to an affordable level,” an Altec spokesperson told TWICE. Products should begin shipping this summer.

Satechi Ships iBase Speaker Dock
SAN DIEGO — Satechi said it has begun shipping its Divoom iBase speaker and dock station for use with the iPod, iPhone or iPad.
The round speaker features four fullrange neodymium dynamic 2.5-inch drivers and a vertical support to keep the device in place while it charges. It measures 6.25 by 6.25 by 2.1 inches and weighs 20.6 ounces.
NEW ORLEANS — Musubo will travel to the International CTIA Wireless show, held here this week, to introduce new additions to its line of iPhone 4 and 4S cases. The company can be found at booth 3050.
The Eden case ($34.99) features two layers of protection: a polycarbonate frame and a silicon interior. It provides access to all ports and comes in a choice of seven colors: blue, black, green, orange, purple, Rose Pink and white.
