New York – Focusrite, the pro-audio equipment manufacturer, held a launch party Thursday night to debut the iTrack Solo, which is a compact two-channel interface for the iPad and iOS platform that is fully compatible with Mac and PC computers.
Focusriteʼs iTrack Solo is a dual-input audio interface designed for recording instruments and vocals, bringing its pro sound “quality to the world of iPad audio recording for the first time,” the company said.
New York — Kensington’s computer products group expanded its line of tablet and smartphone accessories, including some SKUs for the new iPhone 5 and Galaxy S III, and debuted its first line of Ultrabook accessories.

Sunnyvale, Calif. — Cirago International has begun shipping the iAlertTag, a virtual leash for the iPhone.
The device uses Bluetooth 4.0 to notify users if they become separated from their iPhones or iPads. Using an app, consumers can choose from two distances (10 feet and 20 feet), and they can also purchase a separate dongle that will allow them to remotely lock their laptop from the iPhone or iPad.
