St. Paul, Minn. — Sanus announced it has begun shipping two pieces in its Basic series of furniture.
The pieces, shown at International CES in January along with the company’s other new items, include the three-shelf BFV357 and five-shelf BFV353 audio/video stands. The former features tempered glass on a powder-coated steel frame, while the latter has a gunmetal finish and comes with a media-storage basket.
Fullerton, Calif. — Premier Mounts has introduced a mounting cart with an included 360-degree rotating AM500 mega mount for extra-large displays 103 inches and larger and weighing up to 500 pounds.
Premier plans to showcase the new PMC-MM-502 mobile mounting system at the Digital Signage Expo (DSE) in Las Vegas later this month, where it will mount a 103-inch Panasonic display to show off the mount's ability to go from landscape to portrait orientation or lock in at any angle the user chooses. The mount also features positive and negative tilt adjustment.
Morganville, N.J. — Capitalizing on a recent retailing trend, CE accessory manufacturer Bell’O announced it was teaming with mattress maker Sealy for a line of co-branded metal beds.
The Serta Bed Collection by Bell’O will be sold in a variety of styles, with most featuring Bell’O’s No Tools Assembly design.
Germantown, Tenn. – Mega Group USA is offering a turnkey Serta mattress program designed to ease dealers’ entry into the high-margin category.
