N.E.W. Customer Service Companies (NEW) has acquired BlueRealm Solutions, a Vancouver, Canada-based warranty software developer.
Its initial product solution is designed to support computer service plan owners by providing end users with the resources to access and manage all aspects of their service plans, including diagnostic tools and service enhancements. BlueRealm's solution also includes modules that advance NEW's ability to troubleshoot and administer computer claims.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
