AVAD Northeast/Custom Works A/V Supply will be relocating to a new, larger facility in Taunton, Mass., to accommodate for growth.
Planned for late August, the move to a new 33,000-square-foot distribution hub will provide more space for industry-strengthening training programs, a larger warehouse and a detailed showroom to highlight specials, president Gregg Jaros said. The new facility is located in Myles Standish Office Park near Routes 495 and 195.
In other AVAD news, the Southeast division (AVAD Southeast/Custom Solutions Distributing) will open in mid-September a new branch of operations in Nashville, Tenn. Because of continued growth in the regional dealer base and increased demand for automated and integrated home technology solutions, AVAD.
