LinkCase Combines iPhone 5 Protection With Wi-Fi Booster

NEW YORK — Absolute Technologies has introduced the LinkCase, a Wi-Fi boosting, signal-enhancing case for the iPhone 5.

The protective case uses electromagnetic waveguide (EMW) technology in an embedded proprietary sliding antenna that resonates with the iPhone’s antenna to boost a Wi-Fi signal by up to 50 percent.

The case has polycarbonate back, shock-absorbent rubber sides and a raised bevel on the front to shield the screen.

It is finished with a multi-layered, non-slip leather coating. It is available in five colors and users can create their own color combinations with interchangeable EMW elements.
