Washington — XM Satellite Radio launched a “win back” promotion, offering former customers a rate of $4/month for five months if they resume a subscription to XM.

Under this recent promotion, former OEM and retail subscribers who resume a subscription by April 30 receive five months of XM for $19.99 or one year of XM for $77.  XM said it has offered similiar “win back” promotions in the past.
