Los Angeles - Microsoft will launch an online gaming service centered on its Xbox game console on Nov. 15, according to a Reuters' report.

Consumers will have to lay out $49.95 for a network kit that will include a year's worth of service, one game, a headset for communicating with other players. Microsoft expects six online games to be ready at launch with another 16 in stores by the end of 2002.
