Irvine, Calif. - Westinghouse Digital Electronics is now shipping a 42-inch 120Hz 1080p LCD TV at a $750 estimated selling price.

The Westinghouse TX-42F970ZWestinghouse Digital model TX-42F970Z is a part of the company's TX series incorporating enhanced video-processing that is said to reduce judder artifacts from film to video transfers while smoothing out other segments of the image.

 

 

Other features include ATSC/NTSC/CATV/ClearQAM tuning; 500 nits of brightness; a 4,000:1 contrast ratio; 4ms response time; and a package of inputs that include four HDMI, two sets of YPbPr, two CVBS/S and a VGA.
