Willey, formerly director of brick & mortar strategy, promoted to VP/acquisition integration, reporting to Musicland chief operating officer Keith Benson. Hoff, VP/interactive television, named VP/merchandise transformation, reporting to Musicland vice chairman Gil Wachsman. Sheehan, previously VP/retail operations, joins Musicland as VP/stores transformation, reporting to Music-land president of stores Jonathan Reckford.Tom Darnall promoted to VP/retail marketing and Web operations at 800.com, and Bill Edwards joins the e-tailer as VP/channel marketing.Richard C.
